About Me

Hi,

I am Anwar, baker and cake decorator from Delhi India. 

I am 33 years old. I do not have any university degrees, I have just as much education as a high school, and I have a vast knowledge of Food Safety Standard and Hygiene Maintenance HACCP. Whenever I have free time, I do baking decorating, and creating new recipes in it. I have worked at Five Star Hotel and Many Cake Shop in India, Dubai, and Qatar. all are my boss's colleagues speak of my work performance as outstanding. I've been working for more than eight years as a professional baker and cake decorator, and am here to share some of my artwork and cakes decorating techniques that help you to get new ideas into your Cakes!
